ILKAY DEMIRDAG is a globally experienced investor, independent board director, and strategic advisor — bridging capital, innovation, and human potential at the forefront of the global energy transition.
With over 25 years of leadership across private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, and energy transition investing, she has shaped capital flows across Europe, the United States, and emerging markets. Her career spans senior board and executive roles at investment funds, family offices, and multinational corporations — with a distinguished record in fund structuring, IPO execution, cross-border M&A, and impact-driven value creation.
Ilkay serves as an Independent Board Member at Aksa Enerji, Türkiye's largest listed independent power producer, chairing the Corporate Governance Committee and serving on the Audit Committee. She brings broad experience across Corporate Governance and ESG Committees, with a strong command of regulatory, risk, and disclosure frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
As Founder and CEO of Energy Shift Capital, Ilkay leads a curated investment platform focused on Series A and later-stage energy transition companies — connecting institutional investors, family offices, and corporates with qualified opportunities through a structured, deal-by-deal approach. She convenes global investment dialogues at the World Economic Forum, COP Conferences, and Climate Weeks, shaping transition-focused capital flows and building the institutional infrastructure the energy transition needs.

Jeremy Scheibböck
Jeremy Scheibböck is a Partner at a Single Family Office, where he actively invests in clean energy. He has worked with and advised several climate-tech companies. Prior to his investment career, he worked for Verbund, one of the largest electricity providers in Europe. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Over his 20 + years’ career in financial services, Nikhil has held senior roles at Barclays, Deutsche Bank and most recently as the Global COO of Citibank.
