Ilkay Demirdag is a global investor, independent board director and platform builder with 25+ years of experience across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and energy transition investing.

She has executed a $393M oversubscribed IPO in the energy sector, contributed to the formation and fundraising of a €100M clean energy fund, and led cross-border M&A, structured finance, and capital raising transactions across Europe, MENA, and the United States. Throughout her career, she has advised and guided holdings, family offices, multinational corporations, and PE/VC funds through transformation, growth, and cross-border expansion — combining deep market expertise with a disciplined approach to capital stewardship and long-term value creation.

Ilkay serves as an Independent Board Member at Aksa Enerji, Türkiye's largest listed independent power producer, chairing the Corporate Governance Committee and serving on the Audit Committee. She brings broad experience across Corporate Governance and ESG Committees, with a strong command of regulatory, risk, and disclosure frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
