Who we are. This website is operated by Energy Shift Capital OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia, registry code 17511325, registered office at Kuklase tn 15-37, Mustamäe linnaosa, 13423 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (contact: ilkay@energyshift.capital). References to "Energy Shift Capital", "ESC" or "Energy Shift Forum" mean Energy Shift Capital OÜ.
What we do. Energy Shift Capital operates a private, invitation-only membership community for participants in the energy transition economy. Our services are: organizing invitation-only events, forums and digital programming; operating membership tiers and thematic councils; publishing newsletters, research and market intelligence; facilitating introductions between members for networking purposes; and providing sponsorship, media, venue and content partnerships.
What we do not do. Energy Shift Capital OÜ is not a credit institution, investment firm, fund manager, crowdfunding service provider or insurance distributor. It is not authorised or supervised by Finantsinspektsioon, the UK Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial supervisory authority. It does not provide investment services or activities within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) or the Estonian Securities Market Act, does not arrange deals in investments within the meaning of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001, and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, custody, brokerage or corporate finance services. It does not manage or market any fund, does not pool or hold client money or assets, and does not make offers of securities.
Introductions. Where Energy Shift Capital introduces members of its community to one another, it does so for networking purposes only. Energy Shift Capital is not a party to, plays no role in, and assumes no responsibility for any discussion, evaluation, negotiation or transaction that members may choose to pursue following an introduction. Members act entirely at their own initiative, for their own account and on the basis of their own professional judgement and advice.
Events and presentations. Views expressed at our events and in our publications are those of the speakers or authors alone. Where companies present at our events, the content of such presentations is prepared solely by the presenting company; it is not reviewed, endorsed or recommended by Energy Shift Capital and does not constitute an offer or financial promotion by Energy Shift Capital. Attendance at certain sessions is limited to professional and institutional participants.

Nothing on this website or in our newsletters, events or materials constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any investment, or an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.
