The Global Energy Investment Forum organized by Energy Shift Capital in partnership with the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, is the only dedicated energy investment and deal platform at COP31.

    Ahmad Ali Bin Obood is Chief Financial Officer of Dragon Oil Holdings, part of the Emirates National Oil Company Group. He brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across energy, government, real estate and healthcare. He also serves on the board of Egypt’s Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company, contributing to strategic direction and financial oversight. Previously, he held senior finance and administrative leadership roles within UAE government institutions.

  • Alp Keler

    CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER AT IC HOLDING

    Alp Keler is Chief Investment Officer at IC Holding, a diversified group operating across energy generation and distribution, infrastructure, construction, industry and tourism. His background combines corporate investment strategy with asset management, including his previous role as CEO of Ak Asset Management. He brings experience in Türkiye’s capital markets and investment industry to the strategic investment agenda of a group with domestic and international operations.

    Ayotola Jagun is an Executive Director and Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Officer at Oando PLC, overseeing sustainability, risk management and strategic procurement across the Group. A lawyer qualified in Nigeria and England & Wales, she brings over three decades of experience in corporate governance, law and compliance. She also serves as Vice-Chair for Africa of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Global Commission on Business Integrity.

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AT IC ENTERRA

    Cem Aşık is CEO of IC Enterra, IC Holding’s first publicly listed company, focused on renewable power generation and investment in Türkiye and international markets. His previous roles include General Manager of Sanko Enerji, Business Development Director at Sanko Holding and CEO Advisor at Enerjisa Generation. He also serves as Vice President of TOBB’s Energy Council and chairs the Renewable Energy Committee of DEİK’s Energy Business Council.

  • Daniel F. Morris

    HEAD OF CLEAN ENERGY AND TECHNOLOGY AT CLIMATE INVESTMENT FUNDS

    Daniel Morris is the Head of Clean Energy and Technology at Climate Investment Funds and oversees a portfolio of over $7.5 billion in projects that support the deployment of innovative clean technology solutions for developing countries working to build zero-carbon economies. He leads the team that developed the CIF Capital Markets Mechanism (CCMM), which issued the first bond from a multilateral climate fund in 2025, and established new financing programs in industry decarbonization, renewable integration, and coal transition. He previously served as an Advisor to the U.S. Executive Director of the World Bank and a policy advisor on climate change with U.S. Treasury.

    Evren Güvenç is CEO of Polat Enerji, leading the company’s strategic growth in renewable energy and sustainable transformation. Polat Enerji’s activities span large-scale investments in Türkiye and Europe, with a focus on wind power, energy storage and system flexibility. Güvenç’s approach emphasises the full investment-to-operations cycle, combining renewable generation with optimisation capabilities to support the company’s expansion and the integration of clean energy into the electricity system.

    FOUNDER & CEO AT ENERGY SHIFT CAPITAL

    İlkay Demirdağ is Founder and CEO of Energy Shift Capital, focused on mobilising capital for the energy transition. She brings more than 25 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and impact investing. An investor, independent board member and strategic advisor, she has led investment funds, family offices and corporate groups, with expertise in capital allocation, fundraising, fund structuring and strategic transformation across international markets.

  • Vazil Hudak

    BOARD MEMBER AT INOBAT

    Vazil Hudak is a Board Member at InoBat, a European developer and manufacturer of next-generation batteries. He previously served as Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance and Vice President of the European Investment Bank. His career spans senior roles in international banking and government, bringing together experience in public policy, corporate finance and economic development.

  • Yalın Karadoğan

    Yalın Karadoğan is a Partner at LeapFrog Investments and serves on the Investment Committee of LeapFrog Climate. He brings 28 years of private equity experience, including senior fundraising and investment roles at Cinven and J.P. Morgan Partners. At Cinven, he helped raise its €7 billion Fund VI and €10 billion Fund VII and shape its co-investment strategy. His experience spans buyouts, growth equity, venture capital and debt investments.
